Adrian Priddle has worked as a facilitator and learning designer for over 20 years.  He specializes in commercial and business skills, including networking, change and negotiations. 

 

He is qualified in delivery and feedback of several psychometric profiling tools, including MBTI, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Strengthscope and Logical Levels Inventory.  

Prior to his work in learning and development Adrian was a senior audit manager with Deloitte, focusing on the football, leisure, and retail sectors.

 

Away from facilitating, Adrian has written a book to help professionals with building their network (Now Network) and hosts a podcast (The Learning Shack) where learning professionals share their expertise and ideas on current topics impacting learning and development.

 

Adrian is a passionate, although average, golfer and can often be found relaxing at his allotment growing vegetables.
